Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site. By using this site you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them please do not use the site.

How to order:

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply choose the item that you wish to purchase then click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. This will take you through to your shopping cart. You then have the option to keep on shopping or proceed to checkout.

Prices:

All prices stated on the website are in pounds sterling. In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Wildfire Boutique reserves the right to not supply that item at said price.

Payment:

There are no minimum orders. Payment will be processed online via PayPal secure payment gateway. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. In accordance with the Data Protection Act we will not pass your details on to any 3rd parties.

Postage:

We have a standardised postal charge of £3.00 for all UK mainland orders, £5.00 for all orders delivered within Europe and £7.00 for all orders delivered outside of Europe. Wildfire Boutique aims to post all in stock items with 48 hours and within 3 weeks for custom made items once payment has been received and cleared. This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individually handmade items.

Packing:

Please be aware that our jewellery is fragile. We will take the utmost care in wrapping and packing items, therefore cannot be responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Custom Orders:

Wildfire Boutique will be happy to make custom made items in a similar design to those we stock. Please be aware that the shape and size of the stones or beads may vary and an exact match may not be possible. Custom made pieces will have the same feel through the selection of stones and style and we will endeavour to use the colours of your choice.

Please allow 3 weeks for custom made orders. Payment is due at time of order placement.

Bead Consistency:

All the jewellery and some of the beads on our site are handmade which may result in slight differences in product shapes, colours and tones. Some colours may fade over time due to their manufacturing process. This is something that is unavoidable and if you are unhappy with your delivery in any way please do not hesitate to contact us.

Care Instructions:

Wear items often, but Wildfire Boutique does not recommend that you wear items whilst doing domestic or manual chores, in the shower, bath or whilst swimming.

Please avoid harsh and abrasive cleaners, soft cloth is preferred. The majority of wire and findings used are silver plated copper and therefore can be prone to tarnishing or discolouration.

Safety:

Please be aware that the jewellery available on the Wildfire Boutique site is not suitable for children or babies due to the small parts which may be a choking hazard.

Exchange Policy:

We offer a simple 7 Day Exchange policy.  If you wish to exchange/return an item, please notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then allow you to exchange the item for something else of an equal or lesser price. When exchanging an item the customer is liable for the postage costs on the new item/s.

No returns or exchanges are available on earrings for hygiene reasons or rings made to a specific size. Please ensure you order the correct size ring as we cannot exchange wrongly ordered sizes.

Any items being returned for an exchange/refund must be sent by recorded/registered post for security reasons.

If any items are faulty, please let us know within 3 days of receipt to arrange an exchange otherwise we will not be liable for any items said to be faulty.

Out of Stock Items:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that items are updated on screen to show if they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Web Description:

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavour to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate and items are offered subject to availability.
